


Veg/Vegan Cookery Class
This course will teach you to cook a few wholesome and classic vegetarian dishes from India.
The class will begin with welcome refreshments in the Cook's Tale Restaurant.
You will then be taken backstage to a dedicated cooking studio where you will join like minded cooking enthusiasts.

Dosa
The Dosai is a South Indian crepe and is rich in carbohydrates and proteins. It Is a great dish for people with gluten intolerances.
Onion Bhaji
Our aim is to make the perfect Onion bhaji. It should not be too big and stodgy or too small and dry. The perfect bhaji should be light, crispy and moorish nuggets of vegetarian deliciousness.
Daal and Vegetable Stew
A hearty and wholesome vegetarian dish from our head chef's childhood.
