Day 1 – Welcome to Split, Croatia

Your adventure begins in the beautiful coastal city of Split. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to our luxury accommodation, your home for the first part of the journey. In the evening, gather with your fellow travellers for a welcome dinner, the perfect opportunity to meet, share stories, and savour the anticipation of the week ahead. Private airport pickups available on request for those booking their own flights.

Day 2 – Waterfalls & the Flavours of Dalmatia

This morning, we journey to the breathtaking Krka National Park, home to the famous Skradinski Buk waterfalls. A scenic boat trip through serene waters reveals lush landscapes and sparkling cascades.

For lunch, we’ll dine in a hand-selected traditional tavern, where the highlight is Dalmatian Peka – tender meat and vegetables slow-cooked under an iron bell, a centuries-old method that infuses every bite with rich, smoky flavour.

Day 3 – Split’s Secrets & Tasting Experience

Led by an expert local guide, discover Split’s historic old town, winding alleyways, and Roman-era treasures.

Our walking tour concludes with a tasting lunch at a popular taverna, featuring a selection of authentic Croatian dishes paired with local beer and wine – a delicious celebration of the region’s culinary heritage.

Day 4 – From Split to Cavtat via Wine & Oysters

We depart Split and head south along the Adriatic coast, stopping in the renowned Pelješac wine region for an indulgent tasting experience.

Our next stop is Ston, famed for its world-class oysters and seafood – their briny sweetness is unlike anything you’ve tasted before.

From here, we continue to the charming seaside village of Cavtat, our second base for the remainder of the trip.
