Are we Atol protected?
If your chosen tour is sold as a land-only tour it is out of the scope for ATOL.
We have partners that can organise a flight inclusive package for you which will then be protected under ATOL.
However, you own travel insurance should protect your booking, please check your policy.
Do I need to be 'fit' for the trip?
All travellers need to be in good physical health in order to participate fully on these trips. For the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others, if you are unwell prior to travelling, please stay at home and contact us to make alternative arrangements. Physical rating 'Mild to Moderate'.
What is the ideal amount of luggage?
We recommend you pack as lightly as possible, ensuring that you are able to carry and lift your own luggage and walk with it for short distances or up or down a flight of stairs. Help will be on hand in most locations, but there may be times you need to handle your own luggage, for example in airports.
A lockable suitcase with wheels is ideal.
Do I need travel insurance?
Indeed, it is mandatory for all our passengers to acquire travel insurance prior to commencing their journey. Your travel insurance particulars will be documented by your tour leader on the initial day of the trip.
