4-Day Culinary & Cultural Journey – Kent

Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome Dinner

Meeting locations: Gatwick or Heathrow airport for international travellers, and Abode Hotel Canterbury for those travelling domestically. A welcome dinner will take place at The Cook's Tale Restaurant.

Day 2 – Canterbury Cathedral & Vineyard Experience

Following breakfast, explore the enchanting Canterbury Cathedral before departing for a vineyard tour and wine tasting, complemented by an afternoon tea picnic in the vineyard.

Day 3 – Whitstable Coast & Evening Food Tour

After breakfast, travel to the Whitstable coast for a relaxing walk and a seafood picnic. Guests will have time to discover this delightful coastal town with its bustling fishing port. Return to the Canterbury hotel to relax before an evening food tour, including microbrewery beer tasting.

Day 4 – Artisan Farm Visit & Cooking Class

After breakfast, visit an artisan farm store to purchase local ingredients for a cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Dev Biswal, prepare and enjoy your creations for lunch, paired with wines. Check-out and transfers back to the airports or other pre-arranged onward travel locations.
